K Krasnow Waterman has served in executive roles (CIO, COO, CTO) in large scale government, finance, and academia, as well as founder, advisor, private equity, and board, helping companies from startup through $10+B. Mid-career she added a JD degree and later a Masters in global management and innovation.  Her longtime research has been in AI at MIT (data analytics, reasoning, system controls), and recent university teaching has been in entrepreneurship.  Her board leadership has been in Governance, Audit, and Risk. These experiences allow her to provide 360-degree services for tech products (research, design, build), tech companies (strategy, growth, leadership, policy, finance, IP), and government (tech, transformation, & policy) across a broad spectrum of physical and virtual products and services.  Through her company Tcomplete Canada Inc, she’s pleased to be assisting UVic’s Innovation Center, the Indigenomics Institute, a few early-stage companies, and serving on COAST’s advisory board.
