Natalia Lebedinskaia is an independent curator, writer, and cultural consultant based in Vancouver, BC. Her practice emphasizes deep relationship-building, reciprocity, and collaboration, often positioning her as a bridge between cultures and contexts. Current projects include curatorial work with international artists through the Vancouver Biennale International Artist Residency Program, curating immersive media projects for the Indigenomics IMPACT Conference as part of the MOVE37XR Collective, and providing cultural consulting and curatorial support to clients across the public and private sectors. She also teaches Professional Practice in the Continuing Studies program at Emily Carr University of Art + Design.
Previously, she served as Creative Director at VMF (Vancouver Mural Festival) and as Program Director at the Vancouver Biennale. Before moving to Vancouver in 2018, she was Curator of Contemporary Art at the Art Gallery of Southwestern Manitoba and one of seven curators for LandMarks2017, a national series of contemporary art commissions marking the 150th anniversary of Confederation in Canada’s National Parks. Over the course of her life and career, she has lived and worked across Canada, and was born in Moscow, Russia
