Tammy Snook is the Force Multiplier behind Rising Tide Consulting, a values-driven business specialising in strategic planning, project management, event coordination, entrepreneurship development, and impact evaluation.

Originally from the outport community of Harbour Breton, Newfoundland and Labrador, Tammy brings a strong understanding of place-based economies, community resilience, and the importance of relationship-centred leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Memorial University, with a minor in Economics, and is a Project Manager.

Tammy is a strong advocate for reconciliation and relationship-building, working alongside entrepreneurs, organisations, community leaders, and Indigenous Peoples across Canada to turn ideas into practical, sustainable, and community-driven actions.

Her approach is grounded in respect, collaboration, and active allyship. Tammy is committed to creating inclusive spaces where the voices, values, knowledge, and visions of community are centred throughout decision-making and project delivery.
